Meet Jay Wurtzler, our Executive Vice President! He works with businesses and indiviudals and helps them reach their financial goals.
My mission is to assist my clients in simplifying their financial lives and set them up to retire comfortably and remain comfortably retired.
I entered the financial services industry in 1986. I relocated to San Diego in 1988 to Join Capital Growth Inc and have been here ever since. In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), I am also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). As a CDFA I assist clients with amicable divorce settlements. I have been married to my wife Erica for 27 years and have 2 grown children living in San Diego.
I grew up in Cincinnati Ohio as the youngest of 4 children. I relocated to San Diego soon after college to continue my Financial Advisor career. My family and god are the center of my life. I enjoy golf, exercising and travel. I am a strong supporter of our church and various charities that we feel can make the world a better place for all. Community involvement has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I have served on the board of the Scripps Ranch Civic Association as well as the Ranch La Cresta HomeOwners Association.
