Why us
Capital Growth is an independent San Diego Wealth Management firm, which means we manage your assets in-house and don’t have limitations on which investments we can select. Every decision we make is in your best interest.
Our Approach
Our investment strategies start with you. We lay out your financial goals, assess your risk tolerance, analyze prospects and global economic trends, and seek out unbiased observations.
We then perform a quantitative, fundamental, and technical analysis of our strategy. Once we’ve considered the potential risk and return, we build a quality portfolio that will best serve you over the long-term.
How it works
Your investments are consolidated into a single account whenever possible. The fee is then billed and deducted from the account quarterly, in advance. Adjustments for withdrawals and deposits are made at the next billing.
We do not assess commission or sales charges on trades in your account. A nominal processing fee is assessed on most transactions.
Total Transparency
You will be notified for all trades in your account. We provide monthly statements of account balance and activity, as well as quarterly performance evaluations highlighting the investment return over the last quarter, calendar year, and ‘since inception’.
Though we recommend allowing investments to grow at least 3-5 years for maximum returns, we don’t force commitments. Your account is fully liquid and you can cancel anytime.
With a team of highly credentialed San Diego advisors, including CFA, CFP®, CMT, and ChFC certificants, you can trust that your financial future is in good hands.
We get that a lot, so here’s a breakdown of what these designations are, and why they matter.
This globally-recognized professional designation is given by the CFA Institute. It is the highest achievable distinction in the investment management profession. It measures the competence of financial analysts and certifies their commitment to upholding the integrity of the profession. The CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct promotes the investor’s best interest, optimal market function, and economic growth.
This certification is awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, whose mission is to benefit the public by granting this certification and upholding it as the recognized standard of excellence for competent and ethical personal financial planning. The CFP® certification represents expertise in financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement. Capital growth adheres to the CFP’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.
This designation is organized by the CMT Association, a global credentialing body with nearly 50 years of servicing the industry. This designation marks the highest level of training within the discipline. Analysts with this designation demonstrate a mastery of knowledge on investment risk in portfolio management. The CMT association strives to further the profession through continuing education, advocacy, ethics, awareness, and networking.
The ChFC designation represents the completion of a comprehensive financial education course. It is given by The American College of Financial Services, which works to ensure that society has access to informed, ethical financial services, and insurance professionals it can trust.
